How to get Advice

 

Visit us on 2nd Floor of Fareham Library Building

 (behind Thackeray Mall) (Map)

Open:

  • Monday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Tuesday appointments only (please see Gateway assessments)
  • Wednesday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm (except 3rd Wednesday *each month when we open 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm )
  • Thursday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and reopen at 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm (sorry no telephone advice after 4:00 pm)

We operate a drop in service (except for Tuesdays) so first come first served.

*Please note that the Bureau will be closed for staff training on the 3rd Wednesday morning of each month. The dates of these Wednesdays for 2008 are as follows:

  • 15th October - Please note the bureau will be closed all day
  • 19th November
  • 17th December

The bureau will open at 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm on the above dates (except 15th October).
